Advance Registration

Please complete the registration form and return it by email, fax or express mail to the ISNM 2005 Secretariat, with proper payment. Advance registration and payment must be received by the Secretariat no later than September 30, 2005.

On-Site Registration

You can register on-site at the ISNM 2005 conference during the operation hours of the registration desk (8:00 am – 7:00 pm), starting on Wednesday, November 2, 2005, at 5:00 pm.

Regular registration includes admission to all plenary, oral and poster technical sessions and the exhibition; a copy of the proceedings; a welcome reception, coffee breaks, three lunches, two laboratory/industry tours, conference dinner, conference banquet, and a social tour.

Student registration includes admission to all plenary, oral and poster technical sessions and the exhibition; a copy of the proceedings; a welcome reception, coffee breaks, three lunches, and two laboratory/industry tours. To qualify for a student rate, you must provide a copy of your valid student ID or a letter from you head of school / department that certifies your status, when you register.

Please note that paper submissions imply the intent of at least one author to register, attend the symposium, present the paper and submit a full-length manuscript for publication in the Proceedings.

Payment, Receipts and Cancellations

After your registration, you will receive a Confirmation Letter from the ISNM 2005 Secretariat by e-mail within a week, including your registration number. If you do not receive confirmation within a week, please contact the Secretariat.

A receipt will be issued at the registration desk with the registration packets during the conference. Registration packets for advance registrations will be distributed at the registration desk. They also contain a name badge and any extra tickets for the events you have registered.

Any cancellation must be noticed to the ISNM Secretariat in writing for a refund no later than October 15, 2005. There is a CYP 30 service charge for processing a refund. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant’s name and to whom the check should be made payable. No refund will be issued after October 15, 2005. All refunds will be made after the symposium.
